Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, handling, and packaging. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances. nishimi will notify you if there are significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
nishimi offers a variety of shipping methods. The available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be presented at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Here are typical estimates:

3. Shipping Costs

In certain circumstances, nishimi may offer promotional shipping discounts or free shipping, but such offers will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout. Free shipping promotions may be subject to minimum order values or geographic restrictions.
4. International Shipping
nishimi does not currently support international shipping. At this time, we are only shipping domestically within Canada.
5. Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. nishimi is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before finalizing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at support@nishimiworld.com so that we can attempt to update your information before the order ships.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information if tracking is included. Most orders will come with tracking, but please note that some lower-value or economy shipments may not include tracking to keep shipping costs low.
If your order qualifies for tracking, the number provided will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping notification is sent.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
nishimi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@nishimiworld.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier (if applicable) and resolving the issue.
8. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you believe you have received an incorrect or missing item in your shipment, please contact us at support@nishimiworld.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including issuing refunds or replacements where necessary.
