Refund policy

At nishimi, all sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear, time-stamped photos of:

  • The item(s)

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

All claims are subject to review. Items showing signs of tampering, misuse, or opened packaging may not be eligible for any resolution. We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement if we determine the claim is ineligible or inconsistent with the original shipment.

Blind Boxes & Mystery Figures

All blind box and mystery box items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including duplicates or opened items. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or unwanted pulls — part of the fun is the surprise!

Order Cancellations

Orders placed on nishimi are final, but we do allow a 24-hour grace period in case you change your mind. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@nishimiworld.com with your order number within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, we begin processing and preparing your items for shipping — at that point, orders can no longer be modified or cancelled, including preorders.

Please double-check your cart before checking out. We do not accept cancellation requests after the 24-hour window.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages — including those marked as “delivered” but not received.

If something goes wrong, let us know — we’re always happy to help you investigate or provide documentation for carrier claims. While we do not offer refunds or replacements, we may offer partial store credit as a one-time courtesy, depending on the situation and order history.

Chargebacks & Disputes

All orders are shipped with fulfillment documentation, and most orders are shipped with tracking. If a chargeback is filed for a confirmed delivery, we will submit all relevant proof to the payment provider, including tracking logs, fulfillment records, and customer communication.

Unauthorized disputes may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
